Terms of sale

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy goods from Beyond Aesthetics at beyondaesthetic.co.uk. The seller is Beyond Aesthetics (the studio). There are no customer accounts. Placing an order does not create an account.

The contract

The goods, price, delivery charge, and total are shown before you pay. The contract is made when Square confirms that the card payment has completed. If payment does not complete, no contract is made and nothing is reserved. We may refuse an order if a piece is no longer in stock, the details cannot be read, or the payment does not match the total we quoted.

Prices and delivery

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the prices charged for the goods. VAT is not added at checkout. Delivery within the address you give is £3.99. Delivery is free when the goods total is more than £60. The charge is calculated again on our server from the prices in the shop, not from a figure typed in the browser.

We deliver to the name and address you enter at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to that address. Until they are paid for, they remain ours.

Returns

In case of a product lost in shipping, you may ask for a refund. Send an email to coderinfusion@gmail.com.

Liability

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any duty that the law says cannot be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of breaking these terms. Goods are household pieces, not safety equipment.

Payment

Cards are charged by Square. We never receive or store the full card number. The confirmation page is your record of the order. Keep the link. It is the way back to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your home country. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where a consumer has the right to bring a claim in their home courts.
